This really isn't me. Just a Pic Posted by Hello

Her is a miracle that I should have reported on nearly a year ago, however some confusion has cept me from doing so. A man in my church who had malignant cancer was heald towards the end of the summer last year. Praise God. Just a month before this announcement his doctor had given him only three months to live. However his MRI had shown no cancer.
Sadly, the reason for the confusion is that his wife does not believe. Though it has been nearly a year since he has been cancer free she does not let him work, and they don't go to church anymore. Perhaps he has started believing he is not healed also. I hope not, but the good news is that I saw him at work the other day and he was looking great, and then just this saturday I went to his son's graduation party (the church was invited). On both occasions he was looking quite well.

My mom runs a prayer chain via email for the church. This week she recieved this email from an attender whose coworker's father William, had a tumor (names have been changed):

I sent you an e mail last week asking that we all pray for Jane (my co-worker) and her dad William. Well Bill had his surgery yesterday and I wanted to pass an e mail on to you from Jane. Thanks, Jenniffer

Hi everyone, Just had to thank you all for your prayers, they seem to be working. I need you all to continue to pray for dad's heart and his Alzheimer's. The next 3-4 days will tell all on his survival. As Missy must have told you, when the surgeon got in, there was no tumor. This is very strange, actually this is a miracle. Considering I saw a picture of the tumor and they biopsies the tumor. I have been praying to God to make the tumor disappear. I have even told people I have been doing that, but I told Him I knew He could not do that. I guess our Lord loves a challenge. I will elaborate on this in person later. All I can tell you is I better start going to church. (Mike's suggestion). Praying for the tumor to disappear was the only way out of this I thought. What harm could it do to pray for it, so I did, so was my brother. I need you to know that your prayers were also part of this miracle. The surgeon was totally baffled, he went through the whole colon looking for this tumor. He said he would never have operated on dad (too hard on his heart) if he didn't believe there was a tumor there. When he came into the surgery waiting room the look on his face, I thought dad died. It was a look of bewilderment, not sadness.
Jenniffer and I would appreciate it if you could please put dad back on your prayer network, asking them to pray for his heart and his Alzheimer's and thank them for their prayers on his surgery. I cannot believe that God would bring him through this just to have his heart fail but who would of thought that a tumor could disappear????? You guys, I am truly in shock, more confused then ever (if that's possible) and do not know what to think. Isn't it amazing!!!!!!?????? He is currently in ICU, probably will be for awhile unless he grows a new and stronger heart overnight which would not surprise me, but I am not gonna push my luck with the big guy.
Please continue to pray for dad so I can get him back here in one piece and beat his elderly buddies at bingo again. I LOVE YOU GUYS...THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND YOUR UNDERSTANDING....I KNOW YOU ALL HAD A PART IN THIS MIRACLE, THEIR WERE SO MANY PEOPLE PRAYING FOR HIM.
I know this all sounds very strange (I still cannot believe it), but it is true.... LOVE Jane

Here is an email sent from my mom on our local prayer chain (names were changed)...

Earlier today I sent an e-mail asking prayer for Megan Zurst. She had a morphine drip since she went to the hospital, she had a second "blood pack", then a cat scan to make sure there wasn't a blood clot or something. At 3:30 she had not made any positive changes and a group of us were going up to lay hands on her. Amanda Bender heard about the situation and her son Leon wanted to go and pray for Megan.

Leon laid hands on Megan and as he began to pray the migraine waned! She proclaimed a miracle!
Her headache is not completely gone but it is 100% better! Isn't God good? And they said a little child shall lead them. God will use anyone who is willing and who trusts in Him. Leon believed he could help Megan by laying his hands on her and seeking God's face...and God honored that prayer!

Here is a recent miracle. My mother is in charge of prayer requests and updates at our church. A few days ago she sent out a request to pray for Scott's (our pastor's) father. Here is the original request:

Also, Pastor Scott's dad, Don, will be have a colonoscopy and polyp removed this Thursday morning. Pray this procedure goes as planned and that the doctor would have steady hands.

Here also is the praise that I had received today:

Dear Friends, Pastor Scott wanted you to know that his dad had the colonoscopy done and there was no polyp to remove! Praise God that the polyp was taken care of and that nothing else was found.

I would like to discuss two miracles. One is about my car. I am very thankfull to say that Jesus gives me mileage... My Cutlass Ciera is about thirteen years old and usually gets about 20 miles to the gallon. For the whole summer up until now, it was getting about 30 miles to the gallon.

The last one is about a friend of mine whom I worked with this summer. She often will be riding on empty tank and then when she goes to fill it up, the car has a quarter or a half a tank left! Isn't that cool? God is good and He will provide for us in many different ways.

My dad hurt his back last week when he was playing with my neice. My mom and the pastor and his wife prayed for him and he was healed. God is good.

Also within the past few weeks some really godly people have died. They got to go home to their DADDY. I know that they went in joy, peace, and praising God. We will miss these self-denying people of God for a short time, but when the saints go home, and when this age is over and the Kingdome of Heaven is fully inaugurated and consummated, we will all meet up together; each and every one, from the first to the last. It isn't a tragedy when men and women of God die; it is a miracle because of the resurrection which Jesus made possible in his own death and resurrection.

I consider this a miracle. I was depressed and began to lose hope about some future visions when because of the disrespect for the human race that I see among my peers. Then I turned to a passag in Romans that talked about our furtur glory, and then to Ephesians 6 where it talks about the armor of God. In this way He reestablished my hope for the future. This is how God interupted the order of my day; of my life. So many times He does this. I prais Him for it now.
